Binance, one of the world’s largest cryptocurrency exchanges, has announced the launch of Arkham (ARKM), the 32nd project on Binance Launchpad.
Arkham’s official website is set to go live within four hours. The token sale for Arkham will follow Binance Launchpad’s established subscription format, ensuring a fair and transparent process for users to acquire ARKM tokens.
The token sale will have a launchpad hard cap of $2,500,000 USD and a user hard cap of $15,000 USD. Arkham’s token supply is 1,000,000,000 ARKM, with Binance Launchpad receiving 50,000,000 ARKM (5% of the total supply). The token price during the public sale will be fixed at 1 ARKM = $0.05 USD.
The recording of user BNB balances will begin on July 11, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC) and last for six days until July 17, 2023, at 00:00 (UTC). Throughout this period, Binance will calculate the average daily BNB balance for each user using the Daily Average BNB Balance calculation method.
Arkham Token Sale Timeline
Preparation Period (July 11, 2023, 00:00 UTC – July 17, 2023, 00:00 UTC): During this phase, Binance will calculate users’ BNB balances by taking hourly snapshots over a six-day period. The final average daily BNB balance will determine the maximum amount of BNB each user can commit during the subscription period.
Subscription Period (July 17, 2023, 06:00 UTC – July 18, 2023, 06:00 UTC): All eligible users will have the opportunity to commit their BNB for a duration of 24 hours. Once the commitment is made, the locked BNB cannot be used for transfers, withdrawals, or trading until the final token distribution.
Calculation Period (July 18, 2023, 06:00 UTC – July 18, 2023, 07:00 UTC): At the end of the subscription period, the token allocation calculations will begin to ensure a fair distribution process.
Final Token Distribution (July 18, 2023, 07:00 UTC): Participants’ final token allocations will be calculated, and the corresponding BNB will be deducted from their locked BNB amounts. Once removed, both ARKM and BNB tokens will be transferred to the participants’ spot wallets.
