Speaking about the development, Zooko Wilcox, CEO of Electric Coin Co., expressed his excitement about the partnership, highlighting how it enhances privacy for everyday online activities.

“This gives them access to money that respects their security and consent. I’m thrilled for this launch – and what’s to come – as a result of this partnership with Brave and Filecoin Foundation.”

Marta Belcher, the President of the Filecoin Foundation, also emphasized the significance of this collaboration, highlighting its potential to reshape the internet and empower users with control over their data, privacy, and access to critical information.
