US-based customers of leading cryptocurrency exchange, Binance can now access the Binance Pay service. The service allows Binance users to send, request and receive crypto using their mobile app and has been available to users outside the US since launching in February 2021.
With the latest development, the feature is now available to US users as Binance continues to expand its operations and services globally. Binance.US Pay is intended to allow users to send, request, and receive almost 150 different cryptocurrencies from other users, enabling instant, zero-cost crypto transfers. When the feature launched last year, Binance CEO Changpeng Zhao (CZ) noted that payments are one of the ” most obvious use cases for crypto.”
The US arm of Binance also recently eliminated trading fees for Bitcoin and Ethereum in a calculated move to incentivize user adoption. In its blog post announcing the product launch for its US customers, Binance stated its commitment to building customer-centric features that enable more people to participate in the crypto economy safely.
“Pay eliminates the complexities of transferring crypto to contacts as users no longer need to enter a complex deposit or withdrawal address, pay gas fees, or wait an unspecified amount of time for transactions to successfully settle.”

The new feature is forthwith open to US users, while Binance said it is working on a web version of the feature, billed to launch soon.
Binance continues to grow, expanding with new products/features and solidifying itself as an industry leader. The exchange was a recent target of a FUD, which called for users to withdraw their funds from the exchange. Despite this, Binance recorded a net deposit of over a billion dollars.
