Bamboo Real Estate, an arm of the Bamboo Group of Companies, is now described as the first African real estate company that helps investors acquire physical properties from the metaverse. In addition, Bamboo Group recently secured a partnership with House Africa, a property information system that assists home buyers and financial institutions validate properties before investment or purchase.

Speaking on this, Nnamdi Uba, CEO, House Africa, and Oseyomon Ighodaloh, CEO, Bamboo Group; disclosed that the goal of this partnership is to make the process of land ownership seamless and effortless. Through this partnership, the company’s real estate properties have been mapped on an “earthlike” metaverse, with each property having a 360 video representation minted on the blockchain as an NFT.
