One major explosion we’ve seen in the past three to four years is the creation of Crypto and Blockchain events to help start discussions around the disruption Satoshi caused in 2009. Last year, we highlighted some of those events on our website. For 2022, more events will interest you if you want to learn and network with other professionals in the industry. Let’s take a look at these few.
Blockchain Expo is divided into four parts – the virtual conference, the Blockchain Expo North America Conference (11-12 May 2022 at Santa Clara), the Blockchain Expo Europe Conference (20-21 September 2022 at Rai Amsterdam), and Blockchain Expo Global Conference (1-2 December 2022 at Olympia London). The event attracts industry leaders, entrepreneurs, innovators, investors, VCs, and government representatives with their wealth of experience and knowledge to come together to talk about the global trends of the effects of Blockchain technology in the legal sectors, retail, financial services, healthcare, insurance, energy, music, government, real estate and more.
This year’s event will see the likes of Nicolas Cary, Co-founder and Vice Chairman at Blockchain.com; Sébastien Borget, Co-founder and COO of The Sandbox, and Karen Ottoni, Director of Ecosystem for Hyperledger. It’ll be held at Station F, Paris, from 13th – 14th April 2022.
The two-day event “will host sessions about traceability, leveraging blockchain on the innovation journey, digital governance, what’s been built in 2021/2022, the state of digital asset liquidity, international regulatory cooperation and much more” says the website.

Dubai is making itself the global capital of crypto with all developments going on there and policies created to enhance the development and usability of cryptocurrency. Crypto Expo is an event open to all with a focus on Blockchain, DeFi, digital assets & economy, NFTs, startups, investing, and much more. A lot of personalities are expected to join the event including Bill Spata, CEO DevTeamSix; Deokwon Lee, CEO, Doren Foundation and Mohammed Arif Ansari, COO Lyopay.

It’s a developer-focused and educational event, which is “keen on promoting the adoption of the Blockchain technology by providing expert advice on the industry”, says the website. Who can attend? From cryptocurrency experts to enthusiasts to anyone who wants to learn and share their crypto journey with others.
Texas Austin is the spot. Austin Convention Center is the location. Coindesk is the convener.
