BRC-20 tokens represent an experimental standard for fungible tokens on the Bitcoin blockchain. withiney are created via the Ordinals protocol, which was made possible by the Taproot upgrade to the Bitcoin network.
However, the BRC-20 protocol currently has very limited functionality compared to ERC-20. Users are currently limited to only minting, deploying, and transferring tokens.
A review of the BRC-20 tokens market reveals that there are a total of 213 different BRC-20 tokens available with a combined market capitalization of $1,056,030,513,020.
This represents the total value of all these tokens combined in the market. Its trading volume is $35,279,484,838.
