Sky Mavis, the developer of the popular blockchain-based game Axie Infinity, has introduced Mavis Seeds, a comprehensive recruitment program tailored for young developers in Vietnam. The initiative is geared toward third and fourth-year students, as well as recent graduates with a passion for pursuing a career as a professional engineer.

Sky Mavis is a global team focused on building innovative products and experiences at the intersection of blockchain technology, gaming, and virtual worlds. Founded in 2019, Sky Mavis is based in Vietnam and specializes in developing NFT-based strategy and role-playing games.

Their most popular project is Axie Infinity, a virtual world filled with cute, formidable creatures known as Axies. Axie Infinity was designed to introduce the world to blockchain technology through a fun, nostalgic, and charming game.

Sky Mavis also created Ronin, an EVM chain tailored for developers building games with player-owned economies. Ronin is a gaming-centric blockchain with one of the highest all-time NFT volumes. The Mavis Ecosystem includes various tools and products to help game developers build and scale their games.

Sky Mavis also identifies and implements features like signing in with a Sky Mavis account. This service is used in various games and apps within the Sky Mavis ecosystem, such as Axie Infinity Origins, Axie Infinity Marketplace, and Mavis Hub.

According to the firm, the application is open until March 17th. The program is structured to empower and nurture the next generation of developers, offering seven full-time positions and an additional 14 spots for a six-month on-the-job training program.

Selected candidates must stay updated on business needs, address team and community concerns, maintain high product quality, provide innovative solutions to stakeholder requests, assist in designing secure and scalable distributed protocols, and deploy and test smart contracts.

They will collaborate with engineering, product, and design teams on user-facing applications centered around smart contract protocols.
