Huawei Cloud has introduced a range of Web3 cloud products and services, including the Node Engine Service, confidential computing, and the InterPlanetary File System (IPFS) at the SUSTAINABLE WEB3 SG 2023 Summit, a collaborative effort by Wanxiang Blockchain Labs and the Singapore University of Social Sciences (SUSS) Node for Inclusive Fintech (NiFT). This affirms its commitment to advancing Web3 development.
Huawei Cloud’s Web3 Node Engine Service (NES) simplifies blockchain network management and enables flexible node management. The NES platform enables multi-dimensional monitoring of O&M data, API call statistics, and key performance indicators. The QingTian Enclave Confidential Computing helps to safeguard transactions.
Apart from these, It has also launched a ZK Rollup hardware innovation that aims to reduce the average confirmation time of ZK rollup transactions from hours to minutes. This improvement is expected to enhance blockchain performance and enable new applications across different industries.
Speaking about its Web3 exploration, Rex Lei, Managing Director of Huawei Cloud Singapore, explained the company’s dedication to technological research and development, envisioning a diverse Web3 future shaped by Huawei Cloud’s expertise and industry resources.

Dr. Li Huaxi introduced the Web3 Node Engine Service, a blockchain node engine platform with flexible pricing, aiming to reduce development costs by over 50% while Song Cheng Heng, Principal Consultant at Huawei Cloud Solutions Sales, highlighted efforts in building IPFS for cloud data, offering flexible solutions for infrastructure and cost-effective data storage.
