Amazon Web Service (AWS) Cloud has integrated with Polygon to streamline dApp development by incorporating Polygon PoS into Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) Access.
Amazon Managed Blockchain (AMB) is a fully managed service for building resilient Web3 applications on both public and private blockchains. It simplifies the creation and management of scalable blockchain networks using popular open-source frameworks such as Hyperledger Fabric and Ethereum.
It provides features such as instant and serverless access to multiple blockchains, developer-friendly APIs for real-time and historical data, and integration with AWS services. All this is achieved without the need for specialized blockchain infrastructure.
The service automates the setup and management of the blockchain network setup and management, allowing users to focus on building applications without the complexities of infrastructure management. AMB is designed to support a wide range of use cases, including token-gated experiences, digital asset wallets, and track and trace applications for supply chain management.
The AMB Access Polygon provides instant and serverless entry to the Polygon PoS mainnet and Mumbai testnet in public preview, eliminating the need for specialized blockchain infrastructure. Access is free during the public preview, with standard AWS data transfer charges applied.
Polygon noted that developers are increasingly exploring diverse use cases for scalable applications, leveraging Polygon PoS for reliability, swift transactions, and minimal fees. These applications span NFT marketplaces, loyalty rewards, real-world asset tokenization, and digital asset offerings. Integrating with AMB will make it easier to build different use cases while utilizing the infrastructure behind AWS.
In 2023, Polygon made significant strides in the blockchain and cryptocurrency space, demonstrating exceptional growth and development in various aspects.
Polygon formed several fruitful partnerships in 2023, attracting major brands and projects to its ecosystem. Some of the notable partnerships include the launch of Magic Eden, the migration of the y00ts collection, and the integration of Uniswap v3 from Ethereum.
