METAPIXEL Suspends  Project  “Indefinitely “

METAPIXEL has announced suspending the project indefinitely, implying a comeback time is unknown. The web3 game built by NPIXEL and powered by Aptos announced Discord and later by staff on X (formerly Twitter) citing the project decided due to “various circumstances.”

The staff “Sapsal/Kate” who is an employee of NPIXEL and has worked with METAPIXEL for 18 months expressed on X after NPIXEL went public on it.

Following being suspended, members currently working or representing the project will cease to do so. Activities on its social platforms would as well not go on actively as before.

For the staff, it was challenging to let go of the project. “My heart feels heavy, as I had never dedicated myself so wholeheartedly to a project in my entire career,” the staff said.

Aptos in November 2022 announced its partnership with NPIXEL. NPIXEL is a Korean AAA game studio and a well-known Blockchain game in Aptos.

Alongside the temporal suspension, METAPIXEL paused the flagship of its web3 game Gran Saga: Unlimited citing circumstances surrounding the METAPIXEL project. METAPIXEL said it wants to concentrate on certain vital aspects and now is on a recalibration phase.

Furthermore, starting on October 11, 2023, METAPIXEL’s website will no longer accept new user sign-ups and will deactivate the login.
