Space and Time now integrates with Microsoft Fabric, enabling devs to access indexed data from Sui, Bitcoin, and Ethereum for app development.

Space and Time announces that its indexing infrastructure is now available on Microsoft Fabric. This integration allows Microsoft developers to access indexed data from Sui, Bitcoin, and Ethereum on Space and Time. The announcement was made at the 2025 Microsoft Build conference.

Space and Time is a decentralized data warehouse designed to organize and provide access to blockchain data. It caters to developers eager to build apps with real-time blockchain data without handling the raw data themselves.

Microsoft Fabric is a comprehensive data infrastructure launched by Microsoft to enable businesses to connect, store, analyze, and utilize data across various tools and teams. It integrates Microsoft services like Power BI, Azure Synapse, and Data Factory into a unified platform.

With Sui, Bitcoin, and Ethereum now connected to Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft developers can create apps that harness real-time data from these blockchains. The indexing capability of Space and Time ensures that developers can rely on this data for applications in finance, Web3, or artificial intelligence.

Nate Holiday, co-founder of Space and Time and CEO of Make Infinite Co., stated that this initiative paves the way for new data-driven tools.

We’re excited to grow our work with Microsoft,” he said. “This allows businesses, developers, and institutions to use blockchain data with confidence inside Microsoft Fabric.”

This collaboration builds on a growing relationship between Space and Time and Microsoft. In August 2024, M12, Microsoft’s venture arm, participated in a $20 million Series A funding round for Space and Time. M12 also led the company’s earlier funding round in 2022.

Integrating blockchain technology into Web2 systems has been a long-standing challenge for the tech industry. From creating collaborative solutions between the two ecosystems to providing developers with access to on-chain data, the tech world continues to push forward and find solutions.
