Coinbase wallet supports Solana Dapps

In a tweet on August 23rd, Coinbase announced that they will now be supporting Dapps on the Solana ecosystem. With support to store SPL tokens.

Coinbase wallet is a self-custody cryptocurrency wallet software provided by coinbase. It has a chrome browser extension and a mobile app.

It supports a wide range of blockchain networks including all EVM-compatible networks, Bitcoin, Litecoin, Ripple etc. The wallet offers high security for user funds, and supports thousands of tokens and dApps.

This announcement indicates that users can now stake, store and interact with Solana Dapps like their NFT marketplaces, P2E games, DeFi protocols etc.
