The National University of Singapore (NUS ) together with a technology company based in China have agreed to put heads together to research and come up with blockchain solutions. This was made know to public by Communist Party of China’s official news outlet, Peoples’s Daily Online
The development came after a blockchain and big data seminar that was held in the city Chongqing in Sichuan Province. As part of conclusions, NUS would colllaboroate with local business chongqing Jinwowo Technologies (CJT) on innovations that will also include artificial intelligence(AI) and big data.
This strategic cooperation will work within big data, artificial intelligence and blockchain technology. This statement was made by Professor Pang Yan NUS School of business and Computer science and director of its Commercial Big data analysis.
Also during the seminar, a new blockchain association was born. The Chongqing Blockchain Indsutry Innovations Alliance- which happens to be the latest Blockchain Association in the area, presented its charter.
The Singaporean University is sure to play a major role in all the Technical areas of the CJT deal as they are expected to find solutions to possible futuristic issues in areas of new tools and expertise.
